Tell us which order you want to withdraw from. We email you an acknowledgment with the date and time we received it, and reply about your order.

Before you send it

Licenses are digital downloads. When you bought one, you asked for it to be delivered right away and acknowledged that, once it was delivered, the EU 14-day withdrawal right and the Korean cooling-off right no longer apply. A product that is faulty or not as described is always refundable, and so is an order whose license never reached you.

If the withdrawal right applies to your order, you’re refunded within 14 days of the date we received your request, to the payment method you used. The order number is in your receipt and your license email (it starts with cs_, FREE_ or is a PayPal order id).
