Tulip renews its license about twice a week when the Mac is online, and Pro keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection; after that, connect once. The 14-day trial ends Pro; browsing, checks and review stay free.

Write with your receipt email and order id; a refund is likeliest soon after buying, before the license is activated, or when a problem we can’t fix stops the app working. The money goes back through Stripe or PayPal, and nothing on your Mac is deleted.
