If the last launch didn’t finish, Canto starts in Safe Mode, without the parts that load models and background work. Load the model from its banner when you’re ready.
The helper that reads images, speech and audio restarts from Settings › Advanced › Helpers › Restart. Help › Send Diagnostics… shows the whole report before it sends anything, then gives you a reference: put it in step 3.

Write with your receipt email and order id; a refund is likeliest soon after buying, before the license is activated, or when a problem we can’t fix stops the app working. The money goes back through Stripe or PayPal, and nothing on your Mac is deleted.
