Pick the app and what’s happening. The answer we have comes first; if it doesn’t fix it, step 3 writes to the person who makes these apps.

Every thing is encrypted on your Mac before it goes to your iCloud, and LonelyDuck never receives your things, their values or their names. Carriel asks dl.carriel.dev for updates about once a day and, with the bigger pouch, checks the license with api.lonelyduck.io about twice a week. What leaves this Mac, in Carriel’s Settings, lists every host.

Checking…
Checked from your browser just now. Checkout and email aren’t probed. Status
Write with your receipt email and order id; a refund is likeliest soon after buying, before the license is activated, or when a problem we can’t fix stops the app working. The money goes back through Stripe or PayPal, and nothing on your Mac is deleted.
