Pick the app and what’s happening. The answer we have comes first; if it doesn’t fix it, step 3 writes to the person who makes these apps.

Your connections, queries, rows and conversations stay on your Mac unless you choose a model in the cloud. Saferow asks dl.saferow.app for updates about once a day, downloads the models you start, and, with Pro, checks its license with LonelyDuck about twice a week with only its activation id and a signature. No telemetry. Settings › Privacy lists every host.

Checking…
Checked from your browser just now. Checkout and email aren’t probed. Status
Write with your receipt email and order id; a refund is likeliest soon after buying, before the license is activated, or when a problem we can’t fix stops the app working. The money goes back through Stripe or PayPal, and nothing on your Mac is deleted.
