Organize Notes
Use lightweight structure so retrieval stays easy without slowing down writing.
Applies to: 0.1.0-beta.1Last updated: February 2026
Core Organization Tools
- Folders for broad project or domain grouping.
- Tags for flexible cross-cutting categories.
- Pinned notes for high-frequency references.
- Daily notes for chronological capture.
- Templates for recurring note structures.
Suggested Structure
- Create top-level folders by area of responsibility, not by tiny subtopic.
- Use tags to connect notes that belong to multiple projects.
- Create one template each for meeting notes, research notes, and weekly reviews.
- Review trash regularly before permanent deletion.
Safety Tip
Before major cleanup or folder refactors, run a manual backup from Import, Export & Backups.
